Featured Speaker: Jennifer C. Roth
Jennifer C. Roth is the Principal of Jennifer Roth Advisory, where she works with executives and organizations as an executive coach and leadership advisor. She brings extensive experience as a senior human resources and talent leader, including serving as Managing Director, Head of Human Resources at Ambac Financial Group and Head of People Experience Partners at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
Jennifer is an ICF-certified executive coach and completed Brown University’s Leadership and Performance Coaching program. She is also an adjunct professor in the University of Connecticut’s Master of Science in Human Resource Management program.
Jennifer is passionate about helping leaders think more clearly, lead more intentionally, and create greater impact for themselves, their teams, and their organizations.

Eric Peoples is an Executive Leadership Coach and Lead Pastor of Legacy Church which he and his wife, Melissa, planted ten years ago. They are the proud parents of three young adults. Eric holds a Doctoral Ministry Degree in Organizational Leadership from Western Theological Seminary, and a MA in Executive leadership from South Western Christian University. He holds several Life coaching certifications and serves as an Executive Leadership Coach working with marketplace leaders, entrepreneurs, and ministry leaders. Eric is also a Mastermind Facilitator and is the founder of Eric Peoples Enterprises.
